Well, instead of getting the blog-joint ready this weekend, I spent my time tutoring a classmate and shoveling (and freezing) my ass off, so what you see is what you get. We’ve had very mild weather for the area that I live in so far this winter, but today, Old Man Winter finally got his head on straight and blew the mercury down to -13. The weather report this afternoon said “Current Temp: -13 (feels like -27)”. Now, I ask you…does it REALLY matter what it ‘feels like’? My thinking is, once you get down to 0, you lose all hope of distinguishing exactly how cold it is. -13 or -30…it’s still fucking COLD, no matter how you slice it.
Anyways, not much has happened with me lately. I’m not taking any classes this term and there’s not a lot of work for me to do around here (winter is incredibly quiet in my job…tenants don’t demand much more than heat and hot water during this time of year), so it’s a perfect time for me to just kick back and coast for a while.
